Conference organizers interested in publishing with Acervo Journal are encouraged to submit a detailed proposal, including the following information:

1. Conference Title
2. Organizing Institution(s)
3. Conference Dates and Location
4. Scope and Themes of the Conference
5. Expected Number of Papers
6. Keynote Speakers (if applicable)
7. Timeline for Paper Submission and Review

Submit your proposal to conference@acervojournal.com. Our editorial team will evaluate your submission and provide a response within 7 working days.

Processing Charges

To cover the costs of peer review, editing, and online publication, the following fees apply:

• Indian Authors: ₹2,000 per paper
• Foreign Authors: $400 USD per paper

Guidelines for Conference Proceedings

1. Manuscript Standards: Submitted papers must meet the journal’s formatting and ethical guidelines.
2. Review Process: All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review by qualified experts.
3. Conference Organizer’s Role: Organizers are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscripts are original and free from plagiarism.
