Publication Charges
- Indian Authors: ₹2,000 per manuscript.
- Foreign Authors: $400 USD per manuscript.
- Charges cover peer review, editing, formatting, and online publication.
Copyright and Open Access
- Authors retain copyright but grant Acervo Journal the right to publish their work.
- All articles are published under an open-access model, ensuring global reach and accessibility.

General Guidelines
Originality:Manuscripts must be original,unpublished,and not under consideration elsewhere.
Language: Submissions must be in English, using clear, concise, and professional language.
Ethical Compliance: Authors must ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, including obtaining necessary permissions and avoiding plagiarism
Manuscript Preparation
1. Title Page:
- Title: A concise and descriptive title.
- Author Details: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses for all authors.
- Corresponding Author: Indicate the corresponding author with full contact details.
2. Abstract:
- Word Limit: 250 words.
- Structure: Summarize the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
3. Keywords:
- Provide 4-6 keywords that reflect the core content of the manuscript.
4. Main Text:
- Structure: Include sections for Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- Formatting: Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt), double-spaced, with 1-inch margins.
- Length: Limit manuscripts to 6,000 words (excluding references).
5. References:
- Style: Follow the [Name of Reference Style, e.g., APA/Harvard].
- Ensure all cited references are accurate and complete.
6. Figures and Tables:
- Provide high-resolution figures and clearly labeled tables.
- Include captions for all figures and tables.
7. Supplementary Materials:
- Include any supporting data or additional materials, if applicable.
Submission Process
1. Online Submission:
Submit manuscripts through our Online Submission Portal. Ensure all required files are uploaded.2. Confirmation:
Upon submission, authors will receive a confirmation email with a manuscript reference number.3. Review Process:
- All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review.
- The typical review timeline is 4-6 weeks.
4. Revision:
Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.5. Decision:
Final decisions (Accepted, Rejected, or Revisions Required) will be communicated to the corresponding author.
